Join us for an evening of Return to Breath: A Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey, a guided experience designed to help regulate the nervous system, release tension & reconnect to self
There are moments when the body asks us to slow down, to breathe deeper, to release what has been carried for too long.
Through intentional breathing, grounding guidance, music, and supportive space holding, participants are invited into a powerful inner journey. Many people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, tingling sensations, clarity, expanded awareness, or a profound sense of calm and connection.
This evening is open to both beginners and experienced participants.
