Restore & Flow Sound Bath Deep Relaxation

Unwind, recharge, and vibe out with soothing sounds and gentle flow moves in a cozy, chilled-out space.

Join us in person for a rejuvenating experience combining gentle movement, breath awareness, and live sound relaxation. This event is all about restoring your energy and finding your inner flow through mindful practices and a calming sound bath. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and leave feeling deeply relaxed.

We begin with breath awareness practice and guided meditation and then move to a slow, mindful flow – simple movements designed to release tension and bring attention back into the body.

The second part of the session is a guided relaxation supported by live sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, or other calming instruments.

The goal is not to “do more,” but to help your nervous system settle and allow your body to rest deeply.

This session is for you if you:

  • feel mentally or physically overwhelmed
  • have difficulty relaxing
  • carry tension in your body
  • need a space to slow down

No yoga experience needed.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat (optional — mats are available in the studio), a bottle of water, comfortable clothes, and an open heart. You are welcome to bring a blanket or pillow and an eye mask to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.
