In Daoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the three treasures of Jing (essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (spirit) are revered as subtle centers of vitality, resilience, and inner balance.
Join Jennifer Raye, internationally recognized Chinese medicine practitioner, experienced yoga and meditation teacher, and author of “Wisdom of the Earth, Wisdom of the Body”, for a mindful movement and meditation exploration of these foundational energies.
During our time, we’ll practice yoga postures, therapeutic somatic movements, meditation, acupressure, and breathwork to support the Three Treasures and therefore nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and a deeper connection to our innermost resources.
Jennifer will also be available for questions and book signing! This workshop is suitable for all levels.
