On the evening of May 16, you are invited into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, a powerful somatic experience.
There are moments in the year when something within us asks to shift, to soften, to release what we’ve been carrying and to remember who we are beneath it all.
Through intentional breathing, music, and gentle guidance, we will open a space for:
- Emotional release
- Nervous system reset
- Deep clarity and insight
- Reconnection to self
This is more than a breathwork class; it is a ceremony of remembering, held in a grounded, supportive container.
This practice can support emotional processing, release stored tension, and create profound internal shifts.

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket & pillow (comfort is key)
