Breath & Body Awareness Yoga
August 29 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This is a slow, 60-minute Hatha Yoga class based on breathing, focusing on body awareness and inner balance.
We move at a steady, comfortable pace, combining traditional poses, mindful transitions, and attention to how the body feels, rather than how it looks. No pressure or pain.
The practice supports both physical strength and nervous system regulation.
We will close the practice with a short live-sound session using Tibetan singing bowls, rain sounds, or chimes to harmonize your energy and invite deep relaxation.
