This session offers tools to bring balance to the body and mind for a holistic experience of inner well-being. The practices offered include:

  • Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being.
  • Miracle of Mind Meditation: A 7-minute guided meditation empowering you to take charge of your mental well-being. Daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace, and well-being.
