On this evening, you will be guided through a deeply restorative soundbath woven with a gentle ritual of release. Using a Shamanic Reiki–inspired technique, we will work with a stone and flame as allies in the process of transformation — allowing any energies that feel misaligned with your intentions or contributing to stress and dis-ease to soften, move, and return to balance.

Each participant will be given a piece of raw Unakite to work with throughout the experience. This unique mineral blend, often associated with the heart and higher heart, acts as a supportive “filter” — not holding onto anything, but gently assisting the movement and integration of energy.

Thick memory foam mattresses and blankets are provided.

Arrival Details:
Doors open at 6:30pm. You are welcome to arrive early to settle in and meditate.
The sound bath begins at 7:00pm and doors will be locked once we begin to maintain the sacred container.
