This multi-sensory sound bath in Calgary is designed to support you in doing less so your body can do what it naturally knows how to do — restore, reset, and rebalance.
- IMMERSE in SOUND: Allow the tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments to wash over you. The vibrations work beyond the thinking mind, helping to soften tension and bring you into a deeper state of ease.
- NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET: So many women are running on empty without even realizing it. This is a space to truly exhale. To shift out of stress mode and into a state where healing and restoration can begin.
