​In April, our men’s group continues the 2026 theme IMPACT: Responsibility Over Recognition with a focus on Communication — Words Create Worlds.

​The way we speak—and the things we leave unsaid—shape our relationships, our environments, and the trust others place in us. Words have the power to build connection, create clarity, and move things forward, but they can also create distance and misunderstanding when used carelessly.

​This session will explore how becoming more intentional with our communication strengthens the impact we have in our families, work, friendships, and community. When a man learns to speak with clarity, honesty, and responsibility, the world around him begins to change.
