Creative Collage Night: Finding Joy
- This event has passed.
April 29 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for an evening of collage-making, journaling, and genuine connection guided by Kayla Huszar, Registered Social Worker and Expressive Arts Therapist.
This one’s for you if you’ve been craving a creative outlet, want to add something tactile and grounding to your self-care practice, or just need a few hours in a room with other women who get it. Kayla will guide you through therapeutic prompts in a relaxed, intimate setting—no art experience or “artistic talent” required.
What to Expect:
- Grounding Start – We’ll ease in with a short practice to arrive in the space.
- Guided Creation – Move into collage-making with prompts designed to help you reconnect with what brings you joy.
- Reflective Space – Dedicated time to create, quiet the mind, and reflect.
- Connection – A low-pressure environment to share and connect with the women around you.
What to Bring:
- Just yourself – Everything you need is waiting for you.
- Slippers – Optional, but highly recommended for that extra layer of cozy.

Any woman curious about expressive arts, looking to deepen a creative or journaling practice, or wanting to connect with a community of likeminded women.
