Reiki is a form of energy therapy that enhances the natural healing system of the body and creates relaxation and a sense of well-being.\nDuring Reiki\, the brain goes into an alpha state similar to that experienced during meditation or right before falling asleep. During the energy healing\, Shelley picks up on intuitive insights specific to each student. Expect a note at the top of your mat where she will write down intuitive messages for you to take home with you that will help create balance and support you in your overall well-being.
