To see what has been illuminated and to sense what is now beginning to take shape. \nAt this threshold\, something is already shifting. Not all at once\, and not with a clear destination – but with a felt sense that who you have been is making way for who you are becoming. \nAcross the day\, we move through three threads: the wisdom carried through your motherline\, menopause as a threshold to honor rather than manage\, and a sensing of who is becoming available now. \nThis is not about fixing or redefining yourself.
