Many people suffer in silence\, but there is so much that can be done to improve symptoms and overall quality of life. \nIn this supportive and empowering workshop\, you’ll explore how breath\, movement\, alignment\, and education can work together to support optimal pelvic health. \nThis session is suitable for anyone with a pelvis\, especially those experiencing:\n• Pelvic girdle or low back pain\n• SI joint or sciatic pain\n• Urinary urgency or incontinence\n• Hip or groin discomfort\n• Constipation or IBS\n• Pelvic organ prolapse\n• Balance\, core stability\, or functional movement concerns \nOur goal is to help you build awareness\, release tension\, improve strength and stability\, and feel more in control of your body—so pelvic health no longer dictates how you move or live.
