And simply Be You – reconnecting with your own Heart\, centre\, and essence. \nThis is the invitation that Centre of the Circle Women’s Empowerment Circle offers. \nHeld at the beautiful Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio in Red Deer\, this two + a half hour experience weaves song\, prayer\, meditation\, grounding\, somatic practices\, sharing\, self-reflection\, and ritual to guide you into an enlightening\, empowering\, and transformational journey that supports the changes and growth you desire to make in your life. \nTogether we will release stagnant energy from the body \nActivate our Voice \nReclaim our Energy \nAttune to the energies that hold\, nourish\, and live within us – the Earth + Source \nReconnect to our Centre \nAnd from this state of Connection to ourselves we will identify an area of our life that is calling for change. \nNot from a place of shame or judgment – but with the loving clarity that only comes when we are finally quiet enough to hear ourselves. \nThrough self reflection\, journaling\, sharing in groups\, somatic practise\, and a powerful sisterhood ritual\, we will name\, explore\, and begin to release the resistance that’s been holding us back\, and reclaim the power of our conscious choice to create the reality we desire to live in. \nThis space is an opportunity to welcome the support and empowerment Sisterhood offers\, and to experience the medicine of being expressed and witnessed in community. \nWhat You Will Leave With: \nBy the time you walk out of this circle\, you will have: \nReleased constricted energy and tension\nNamed something you’ve been avoiding\, and looked at it with compassion instead of shame or judgment\nIdentified stories and resistance that have been running the show and directing your behaviour beneath the surface\nFelt in your body what it means to grow through resistance rather than be stopped by it\nSpoken your desire aloud and received it back wrapped in the love and belief of your sisters\nPlanted a seed of intention that is now alive\, witnessed\, and growing\nWalk away feel empowered\, inspired\, uplifted\, and like yourself again. \nWho This Is For: \nThis circle is for the woman who knows something needs to change. \nWho is tired of the gap between how she is currently showing up and what she knows she is capable of. \nWho is ready to stop waiting and start moving\, not from force\, but from deep\, embodied alignment with her own truth. \nYou don’t need to have it figured out. \nYou just need to choose to show up for yourself. \nThe magic of circling in sisterhood will do the rest. \nWhat To Bring: \nYoga Mat\, Meditation Cushion\, and Anything Cozy to Support Sitting on the Ground for Periods of Time.\nComfy Clothes You Feel Good In + Can Move In\nJournal + Pen\nWaterbottle\nYourself Exactly As You Are + An Open Heart
