As the body relaxes\, you will be immersed in waves of therapeutic sound created with crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, a singing pyramid\, and the rhythmic tones of the ocean drum. \nThese vibrations move through the body like ripples through water\, helping release tension\, calm the nervous system\, and bring the mind into a meditative state. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation\, clarity\, and energetic balance. \nSimply lie down\, get comfortable\, and allow the sound to guide you inward. \nNo experience is needed. \nWe have all the props at the studio: yoga mats\, blankets\, bolsters\, and eye pillows. You are also welcome to bring your own to feel cozy and supported. \nThis is your time to rest\, receive\, and reconnect with yourself.
