This event is all about restoring your energy and finding your inner flow through mindful practices and a calming sound bath. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind\, recharge\, and leave feeling deeply relaxed. \nWe begin with breath awareness practice and guided meditation and then move to a slow\, mindful flow – simple movements designed to release tension and bring attention back into the body. \nThe second part of the practice is a guided relaxation supported by live sounds from singing bowls\, chimes\, and other calming instruments. \nThe goal is not to “do more\,” but to help your nervous system settle and allow your body to rest deeply. \nThis session is for you if you: \n\nfeel mentally or physically overwhelmed\nhave difficulty relaxing\ncarry tension in your body\nneed a space to slow down\n\nNo yoga experience needed. \nWhat to Bring:\nA yoga mat (optional — mats are available in the studio)\, a bottle of water\, comfortable clothes\, and an open heart. You are welcome to bring a blanket or pillow to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.
