DESCRIPTION:Get connected to the luminous dancing life force inside\, and open and grow in your unique way during this Wednesday Night Calgary Practice class. We use the Core Connexion keys to open the gates to the present moment for us. \nThrough sensory awareness\, movement\, dance\, and transformational and creative processes\, we will explore the connections to ourselves\, others\, and life itself. We will invite and create ways to cultivate and grow our luminous presence and dance together into the unknown future! \nPlease wear layered\, comfortable clothing you can move in.
