This session will help you transform and reveal more of your authentic truth. \nWhat you will experience:\n• Understand and learn more about the vissudha chakra and the physical and psychological patterns it helps with.\n• Embodied breath to connect physical and energetic bodies\n• Clear\, cleanse and transform the energy of your throat chakra with your own spoken voice through releases.\n• Vitalize and awaken your vibration through intoned chanting\n• Anchor and integrate your experience and authentic expression by bathing in intentional sound.\nWhat to Bring: Bring a journal\, water bottle and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably in layers.
