The Full Moon marks completion. It brings things to the surface and invites us to consciously let go of what we are done carrying. \nFirewalking is a central part of this ceremony. \nIt is not a performance\, and it is not about proving anything. Firewalking is an ancient ritual used to move through fear\, shift long-held patterns\, and reconnect with your inner strength. When you walk across the embers\, you meet yourself in a very real way — present\, grounded\, and intentional. \nFirewalking supports: \n\nLetting go of old stories and limitations\nBuilding trust in yourself and your decisions\nMarking a personal transition or closing a chapter\nStepping forward with clarity and confidence\n\nThis walk is guided\, prepared for\, and held with care\, safety\, and respect. \nThe ceremony is woven together with sound healing\, using crystal bowls\, chimes\, drums\, and intuitive instruments to support integration. Sound helps settle the nervous system and allows the body to process what has been released through the fire. \nWhat to Expect: \n\nOpening circle and grounding\nFull Moon release ritual\nGuided preparation for the firewalk\nFirewalking ceremony\nSound healing integration\nClosing circle and reflection\n\nThis gathering is open to the Parati community (men/women welcome) and is held in a strong\, supportive container. \nYou don’t come to this ceremony to stay the same. You come because you’re ready to release what’s behind you and step forward — fully present and fully embodied. \nSpace is limited\, and the number of participants is intentionally capped. \nEarly registration is required.
