Just come as you are. \nBefore You Arrive: \n\nWear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe easily in\nAvoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session (a light snack is fine if needed)\nBring water\nYou may bring an eye mask for a more immersive experience (optional)
