Yoga Nidra, often called ”yogic sleep,” is a powerful practice that invites the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware.
Through guided relaxation, breath, and visualization, you are led into a state between waking and sleeping. This is where the nervous system can settle, stress can dissolve, and clarity can naturally arise.
