Feeling stiff, achy, or tense from too much sitting? Whether you’re working at a desk, commuting, or simply spending long hours seated, this 90-minute workshop is designed to ease the tension and discomfort that come with a sedentary lifestyle.
Through a combination of gentle Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, you’ll:
Release tension in your neck, shoulders, and lower back
Stretch tight hips and hamstrings to improve mobility
Improve posture and strengthen your core for better support
Learn simple movements you can do at your desk or home
Incorporate breathwork & mindfulness to help with stress
This class is accessible for all body types and mobility levels. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and give your body the movement it deserves!
