This is a women’s day workshop for anyone who wants to feel more in their feminine energy. More soft. More playful. More powerful. More you.

We’ll move through a guided divine feminine journey together, using movement, breath, music, and a little bit of ritual. Nothing performative. Nothing you have to be “good” at. This is not choreography and you won’t be put on the spot. It’s just a really good way to get out of your head and back into your body.

You’ll explore a few feminine archetypes (think Lover, Wild Woman, Queen, Priestess) and see what it feels like to access each one, even if you’ve been running on empty lately. We’ll close with deep rest and sound so you leave feeling grounded, open, and lit up in the best way.

This is for all bodies and all levels. You can take everything at your own pace, rest whenever you need, and you’ll have options for everything.

What to bring: comfy clothes, water, and a journal if you feel like writing (optional)
