Start off the year and welcome in Spring with a beautiful Sound Bath.

Before calendar reforms in the 1500s, many parts of Europe celebrated the New Year at the spring equinox in late March, with festivities often lasting into April 1st. When the Gregorian calendar was introduced and January 1st became the official start of the year, some people continued honouring the old New Year traditions in early April. They were jokingly called “April fools,” and others played light-hearted pranks on them… a custom that gradually evolved into what we now know as April Fool’s Day. What began as a seasonal celebration of renewal and fresh beginnings slowly transformed into a day of humour and playful trickery.

The New Year is a powerful moment to step into The Fool’s energy … a sacred journey of trust, new beginnings, and infinite possibility. Just as The Fool takes their first step guided by spirit rather than fear, a sound bath evening invites you to release the past and surrender into fresh intention through vibration and resonance. As the alchemy crystal bowls wash over the body and nervous system, old stories dissolve, and space is created for renewal, clarity, and inspired direction. Together, The Fool’s Journey and sound healing become a ceremonial crossing into the new year, grounded in presence, open-hearted courage, and harmonic rebirth.
