Disconnected from our bodies\, our desires\, our imagination\, and the version of ourselves that once felt deeply alive. \nMaybe you still carry dreams or desires inside you\, but they feel far away. Maybe life has started to feel more like survival than possibility. Maybe you miss feeling open\, magnetic\, creative\, connected\, hopeful\, inspired\, sensual\, playful\, or fully present in your own life.\nThis workshop is about reconnecting to that part of yourself again. \nNot through forcing. Not through “positive thinking.” Not through pretending everything is perfect. \nBut through embodiment. Nervous system openness. Movement. Reflection. Imagination. Connection. And learning how to practice the emotional and energetic states that make us feel truly alive. \nTogether\, we will explore the connection between the states we live in and the realities we experience. Through guided reflection\, somatic practices\, meditation\, movement\, visualization\, music\, and hypnosis\, you’ll be invited to reconnect with possibility — not just as an idea\, but as a felt experience in your body. \nThis experience is part workshop\, part embodied journey\, and part permission slip to dream again. \nThroughout the evening\, you’ll have the opportunity to: \n\nreflect on the version of yourself you long to reconnect with\nidentify the emotional states you want to cultivate more deeply\nexperience movement and somatic practices designed to shift energy and open possibility\nexplore embodiment through a guided “future self” walking meditation\nreconnect with imagination\, desire\, openness\, and flow\nsoften hypervigilance\, over-control\, and emotional heaviness\nexperience a deeply immersive hypnosis journey designed to help you reconnect with aliveness\, trust\, and possibility\n\nYou do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to know exactly what comes next. You do not need to force clarity. \nYou simply need a willingness to become available for something more. \nThe hope is not that you leave with a perfectly mapped-out future. \nThe hope is that you leave feeling more connected to yourself. More open. More hopeful. More alive. More available for joy\, magic\, creativity\, synchronicity\, and possibility than you’ve felt in a long time. \nAnd maybe remembering that life still has things waiting for you that you cannot yet see.
