DESCRIPTION:Immersive Sound Experience is a deeply relaxing\, hands-on sound experience designed to support the body and nervous system through vibration\, rhythm\, and guided awareness. \nThe session begins with simple breathwork\, followed by a simple guided humming and vocal practice to support the vagus nerve and help settle the body into a calm\, regulated state. \nAs you rest comfortably\, you’ll receive both around-the-body and on-the-body sound using instruments such as drums\, rattles\, Tibetan bowls\, a monochord\, tuning forks\, and a gong journey. These resonant tones can be felt as well as heard\, supporting relaxation and helping the body return to a more balanced\, harmonious state. \nThe experience includes gentle placement of instruments on the body and guided sound throughout the space. \nAll touch is optional and offered with care and respect\, allowing you to remain at ease throughout the session. \nExpect stillness\, depth\, and a unique full-body sound experience. \nNo experience needed.
