This portion of the session offers a simple way to slow down\, release tension\, and feel more anchored in the body. \nAs you rest\, the sounds of crystal singing bowls\, drums\, monochord\, voice\, Tibetan bowls\, and chimes move through the space—steady\, low\, and supportive. These tones help quiet the mind and bring the body into a more stable\, regulated state. \nThe experience includes a short drum journey\, inviting you to rest deeply while simply noticing any images or impressions that arise. \nExpect stillness\, steadiness\, and a sense of being held. \nNo experience needed.
