Allow yourself to soften, rest, and be carried on a journey of sound and stillness.
This deeply restorative class begins with a gentle guided meditation to help quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. As the body relaxes, you will be immersed in waves of therapeutic sound created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, a singing pyramid, and the rhythmic tones of the ocean drum.
These vibrations move through the body like ripples through water, helping release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the mind into a meditative state. Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance.
Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to guide you inward.
No experience is needed.
We have all the props at the studio – including yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. You are also welcome to bring your own to feel cozy and supported.
This is your time to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
