In this immersive session, we’ll use crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and Reiki to release tension, balance your energy, and leave you feeling lighter and renewed. Bring something comfy to lie on, maybe a journal if you want to jot down reflections, and just show up ready to release, relax, and reset.
