This deeply nourishing 60-minute Yoga Nidra class invites you into a state of profound rest and restoration. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying comfortably in Savasana, fully supported by blankets and props, with no movement required.
As the body softens and the mind becomes quiet, you’re guided into the space between waking and sleeping—where the nervous system can reset, stress melts away, and deep healing becomes possible. In this receptive state, you’ll be gently invited to connect with an intention or heartfelt wish. This intention is planted at a subconscious level, where lasting change and inner alignment can begin to take root.
Yoga Nidra supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, improved sleep, and profound rest. It can also be a powerful tool for clarity, healing, and conscious creation—helping you align with what you truly wish to invite into your life, without effort or striving.
