Perimenopause is a powerful transition, yet many of us move through it quietly, without spaces to talk about what’s actually happening in our bodies. It has come up many times in our circle, often in passing and with a sense that it deserves more space.
If you have a womb, ovaries, or have experienced the rhythms of a menstrual cycle, you may already be noticing changes in sleep, mood, energy, or your cycle. This circle is a warm, supportive space to gather with others who understand these shifts.
Together we’ll share stories, explore the physical and emotional landscape of perimenopause, and reconnect with the wisdom of our changing bodies.
This gathering is intended for women who are navigating or approaching perimenopause and who are craving a place for honest conversation, connection, and support.
