Pelvic Health Yoga Workshop

May is Pelvic Pain Awareness Month, and this workshop is designed to bring awareness, education, and support to an often overlooked area of health.

Pelvic pain can impact physical comfort, emotional well-being, and daily life. Christina, a Yoga Therapist and Massage Therapist, is passionate about helping individuals understand the root causes of pelvic discomfort and guiding them toward meaningful, lasting relief.

Pelvic health issues are common — but not something you have to live with. Many people suffer in silence, but there is so much that can be done to improve symptoms and overall quality of life.

In this supportive and empowering workshop, you’ll explore how breath, movement, alignment, and education can work together to support optimal pelvic health.

This session is suitable for anyone with a pelvis, especially those experiencing:
• Pelvic girdle or low back pain
• SI joint or sciatic pain
• Urinary urgency or incontinence
• Hip or groin discomfort
• Constipation or IBS
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Balance, core stability, or functional movement concerns

Our goal is to help you build awareness, release tension, improve strength and stability, and feel more in control of your body—so pelvic health no longer dictates how you move or live.
