What to Bring: Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Dress comfortably in layers. We have a lot of props to make yourself comfortable including zabutons, bolsters, and blankets. You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pillow to ensure your comfort during the breath session, which is typically done lying down.
