Mocktails, Muse & Movement is a Sensory Workshop to Unwind & Feel Inspired.
Join us for a wellness workshop designed to help you slow down and reset your nervous system while engaging your senses in a unique and meaningful way!
This is a space where art, movement, and breath come together for a deeply nourishing and inspiring experience.
What to expect:
- Gentle, slow movement (beginner-friendly yoga, no experience needed)
- Simple breathing techniques to support balance and relaxation
- A guided walking meditation through the gallery, allowing you to connect with the art and spark inspiration for your own life
- Delicious mocktails included in your experience
- Time to connect with others in a relaxed, community-centered setting
Everybody is welcome!
Please bring your own yoga mat or a blanket to sit on.
