A gentle-moderate, all-bodies yoga class that invites you to slow down, be curious, explore options, and ask what your body needs in each moment.
Movement is thoughtfully guided with space for individual choice, modification, and rest. Linking breath and movement, you will tend to both your physical and energetic needs.
Both sun and moon salutations will be explored, honouring current moon phases, the needs of the group, and the rhythms of the natural world.
All levels welcome.
