Introduction to TRE with Germaine Cookson

  • This event has passed.

March 14 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Woman with curly hair meditating peacefully with eyes closed.

This 2-hour introductory workshop offers a guided and experiential introduction to TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a gentle, body-based practice designed to support nervous system regulation, stress release, and overall well-being.
Participants will be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience that blends education, embodied awareness, gentle movement, and self-reflection, allowing them to connect more deeply with their own body and inner signals. The session will include grounding practices, optional partner-based awareness exercises, and guided TRE® tremoring, followed by time for integration and group reflection.
Rather than “pushing” or forcing release, this workshop emphasizes choice, safety, curiosity, and self-connection, empowering participants to listen to their body and respond with compassion.
This is not about reliving the past – it’s about supporting the body’s natural ability to reset, regulate, and return to balance.
