Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves, cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within.

The Full Moon Soundbath & Cacao Manifestation Ceremony is a transformative event designed to harness the powerful energy of the full moon for healing, relaxation, setting intentions, and the practice of manifestation.

We will open our hearts with a cup of sacred cacao. Energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it.

After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used.

The full moon’s heightened energy will enhance the experience, making it an ideal time for reflection, manifestation, and setting new intentions.

The Cacao used in the ceremony is allergen-safe.

The session is 1.5hrs

Attendees to Bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Blanket
• Small drinking vessel (small water bottle, mason jar or coffee mug)
