Restore balance and reconnect with your inner energy through the ancient practice of Five-Element Qigong. In this guided workshop, participants explore gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation aligned with the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each element corresponds to organs, emotions, and energetic qualities within the body. Through simple flowing exercises, you will learn how to release tension, circulate Qi (life force energy), and bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. A special focus will be given to learning about the spirit of each element.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Participants will leave with a practical Five-Element Qigong routine they can continue at home to support vitality, emotional balance, and inner calm.
