Breathwork Date Night: Creating Deeper Connection
- This event has passed.
April 11 @ 7:00 pm - 9:15 pm
Couples who breathe together, heal together.
When breath meets honesty, something shifts. Conscious Connected Breathwork, paired with real conversation about the places we feel stuck, tender, or “not enough” in a relationship, can soften defences and bring you back to each other. This is an evening for releasing what’s been weighing on your connection and remembering how to choose closeness again.
Join James and Trista Davis for a heart-centred night of breathwork, thoughtful discussion, and simple connection exercises designed to deepen intimacy. Together, you’ll explore common relationship challenges with compassion, then move into a guided breathwork journey that supports emotional release, clarity, and reconnection.
What’s included:
- Brief discussion and reflection on relationship patterns
- A 60-minute guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
- Grounding integration practices to help you land what you experienced
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Clear instructions, options, and support are provided throughout. During the breathwork journey you’ll be lying down, and we provide mats and props for comfort. Registration covers both partners, so you only need to sign up once.
Important safety notes
Conscious Connected Breathwork can create strong physical and emotional shifts and may not be appropriate for everyone.
Please consult your physician before participating if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns (including high blood pressure or a history of heart attack or stroke), epilepsy or seizure disorders, glaucoma or retinal issues, severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, or any medical condition that could be aggravated by intensified breathing. This practice is also not recommended for those experiencing active psychosis, mania, or severe, unmanaged PTSD, or for anyone currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You are always welcome to choose a gentler pace, pause, return to normal breathing, or opt out at any time. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, please reach out in advance so we can help you choose the safest option for your body.
