Experience the power of breathwork combined with the soothing sounds of alchemy singing bowls. Let go of stress and tension as you connect with universal energy.
Integrative Breathwork also known as Integrative Breath is a holistic, trauma informed breathwork modality that uses conscious connected, accelerated, breathing combined with evocative music, somatic awareness, and guided elements to access non-ordinary states of consciousness for deep healing and transformation.
It works across physical (enhanced oxygenation, energy, body awareness), emotional (releasing stored trauma, stress, blocked feelings), mental (clarity, insights, mind quieting), and spiritual levels (expanded awareness, transpersonal experiences).
Sessions involve lying down in a safe, supported setting, following a rhythmic breathing pattern to facilitate emotional release, trauma processing, stress reduction, self-discovery, or profound personal growth. It’s a somatic, experiential tool often complementary to therapy, yoga, or meditation, supporting issues like anxiety, depression, or overall well being.
Integrative Breathwork combined with crystal singing bowls creates a deeply restorative experience that works on the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously. The conscious connected breathing gently activates the nervous system and brings stored emotions and tension to the surface for release, while the resonant vibrations of the bowls calm the body, balance energy, and guide the brain into relaxed, healing states. Together, the breath opens pathways for transformation and emotional clearing, and the sound frequencies support harmony, clarity, and deep inner peace allowing participants to feel grounded, expanded, and profoundly renewed.
