Bodies in Conversation: A Somatic Workshop
- This event has passed.
March 9 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Bodies in Conversation is an experiential somatic workshop that explores how we communicate through posture, movement, rhythm, and proximity. Long before we speak, our bodies are already in relationship.
Through guided movement, mirroring, and relational exercises, participants learn to sense their own nervous system cues while noticing how others’ bodies respond. This workshop emphasizes attunement, consent, and co-regulation, offering practical tools for improving connection, presence, and relational awareness in everyday life.
What to Bring:
Comfortable Clothing: Wear layers that allow you to move freely and feel at ease.
