Start your practice by pulling an affirmation card to set your personal intention for the session. In this 45-minute class, we move our bodies with intention, focusing on purposeful full-body movements, breathwork, and control.
We’ll conclude our movement with a deep stretch and a personal reflection on the intention you set at the start. After class, stay for a grounding tea time to connect with the community and sit with your reflection.
