We practice sitting meditation\, walking meditation\, breathing practices\, and deep relaxation. We also provide time for connecting and sharing together to help foster community. Meditation is offered free of charge from the generosity of our hearts. However\, in the Buddhist spirit of “dana”\, please feel free to contribute as you are able to support the Dawning Light Sangha and the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta.
