Something magical happens when women come together with pure intention to gather in a circle. This healing ritual is sacred, it’s in our DNA. Our ancestors have done this for thousands of years. The alchemy of the circle is real. If you are open to it, you will find healing, comfort, and peace in the container of the circle. Women empowering, uplifting, and supporting women.
Each session includes grounding meditation, engaging activities, meaningful discussions, and moments for personal sharing. Together, we create a safe and supportive space for growth and inspiration, closing with a collective intention to carry forward.

Kate is a mother, creator, and passionate community builder dedicated to fostering authentic connection and sisterhood. With experience facilitating workshops and Calgary-based drum circles, she creates safe, supportive spaces for women to share, grow, and reveal their true selves. Guided by a deep calling to bring people together, Kate weaves her love for storytelling, collaboration, and spiritual practice into every circle she leads.
